Vinushka.net was created in 2009 in order to give people one non-networking site to find all things Dir en grey related. Over the years, I've been told time and again by local fans that they don't have things like facebook, twitter, myspace, and livejournal. Many have expressed their inherent dislike for such places. There was a need for one place that could give them the news and the photos they craved without the social networking portion of it. And from that sprang vinushka.net!

Our gallery allows registered users to upload their own photos and graphics. Please ensure you click into a subcategory before you click the Upload a Photo option, so that it goes into the correct category.

Please note that because of a crash in 2011, we lost all data on the site and we have had to rebuild from the ground up. Some things may be in the wrong folders and some things may also not actually be band member images at all. If you would please nicely point out these errors in a comment on said photos, we'd appreciate it. But please also realize we are not putting them in the wrong places on purpose. We have uploaded in bulk and mistakes will inevitably be made in such a situation. We'd love your help, just so long as it's phrased in a nice and helping way rather than a demeaning and rude fashion. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Concert Going As Scheduled: 5/24

We thank all fans and affiliates of DIR EN GREY for your concern and support following Kyo's hospitalization from tonsillitis and high fever (brought upon by this condition). Due to Kyo's adamant wish to perform at the Shibuya Public Hall LIVE show on May 24, and after discussion with his physician, the LIVE show will take place as schedule.

We would like to express our utmost gratitude for all your unwavering support and encouragement for DIR EN GREY.

Kyo Hospitalized following May 16th Show

Vocalist Kyo (age unknown) of the popular Rock band Dir en grey was taken to a Tokyo hospital after the show at Shinkiba Studio Coast on the 16th of May, complaining of the bad condition of his throat. He was diagnosed with tonsillitis, but since his fever which was over 40C didn't sink, he is still under medical treatment. Show on the 24th will likely be cancelled (literally it says that he is refraining from performing on the 24th at Shibuya Kokaido hall.. guess that means cancellation..?).

Release Date: October 2012 - Price: 3000 yen - 124 pages full-color A4 size.

Official book with interviews with the five members talking about these months of hiatus. The untold story since the official announcement of the hiatus.It also includes an interview with director Hiroyuki Kondo. Unpublished parts of the interviews will be included in �Rinkaku Limited Edition�.

So far the only place to purchase this is Deadly Claris.

Dir en grey is back!

The countdown on their site was to news of their return! With it has come quite a few announcements. They have a single scheduled for release in Winter of 2012, though it is uncertian what date they plan to release it. They also have a Japan live scheduled for Christmas day as well as a NicoNico event planned for August 11th.
